Processing Time                                                 

Orders typically ship out within 2 business days; however during busier times of the year and due to some of the garments being custom made to order, they may take up to 7 business days to dispatch. If you have a deadline and are unsure your order will make it to you in time, please feel free to contact us at dez9nr@gmail.com to secure a timely delivery.  Orders are shipped by USPS 2-3 day Priority or Express 1-2 days depending on your selection at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $200. OR MORE.

We ship by either STANDARD (under 1 pound only), USPS 2-3 day Priority, or USPS Express shipping.   Keep in mind this is in addition to processing time.   The Express shipping cost is $25.95 and takes 1-2 business days shipping time in addition to processing time.  There are options for these when checking out. You will need to click on "Proceed to Order" before seeing the Express option. If you have an upcoming deadline, we urge you to contact us ahead of time before purchasing.

Please do not order any "out of stock" items when needing to Express your order, but contact us before purchasing to ensure a timely delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to the following countries by Express only:

Australia
Canada
China
Hong Kong
Japan
Great Britain
Northern Ireland
Mainland Spain
South Korea

Express international shipping usually takes 3-7 business days plus processing time. Keep in mind this does not include any time added due to customs. Please realize we have no control over customs and how they handle imported packages and cannot be held responsible for any missed deadlines because of this.

Please note, our international shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties the destination country may impose at customs. These extra charges are usually charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

We believe you will love the quality of our garments. We test every item we sell for durability and to make sure it's comfortable.  Our authentic clothing is made from own unique patterns; you will not find them anywhere else.  We also use only the highest quality material, and construct them in way so they are guaranteed to last.

Payment Methods

We currently receive payments online only and do not accept phone payments.  We take payments online by either PayPal, or by credit/debit card. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from us.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: (417) 851-7623.
 

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of these garments, we do not allow for refunds; however we do allow for exchanges. We do accept returns for refund purposes on extenuating circumstances and ask that customers call to receive an authorization code from us before returning such items.  In either case, the item must be returned unwashed and unworn. We do not charge a handling fee for exchanges.  Returned items, unless agreed upon ahead of time, and/or the return is the fault of the seller is subject to a 10% restocking fee and are minus any shipping charges.   We do not give refunds in any case on custom made or personal items such as dz9n your own tutus, gloves, lingerie, stockings, leggings, etc.. if the package has been opened.  Please allow up to 7 business days to process your refund if applicable.

Upcoming Deadlines and Express Shipping

If you need your order for an upcoming deadline, please let us know of the deadline date when you purchase.  There are areas provided when checking out to send us this information. If your deadline date is within one week of purchase, we strongly recommend Express shipping unless you contact us ahead of time to clear regular Priority shipping.
